Sue along with her daughters, Molly & Jessica, would like you to enjoy their Fall River Retreat. Built by Sue's mother and her mother's husband Jack in 1977 (The house that Jack built) It sets across the road from the Fall River, which you can see from the massive floor to ceiling windows, along with the abundant wildlife, outdoor private Hot Tub, RV parking, and great views it is more then you can ask for at a great price. If that is not enough you can bring your furry little family member whether it be a cat or dog with no extra pet fee.

It is a ten minute walk to the performance park (free concerts),river walk, and downtown Estes Park. Two miles to the north entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Just over the hill is National Forest and a 30 minute hike to the top of Old Man Mountain.

There is a separate full apartment below the cabin that can be rented along with the main cabin for an extra $125.00 per night. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom, and can sleep up to 4 guests. The apartment will not be rented separately from the main cabin.

This cabin is very comfortable and it is to be enjoyed year round.
